入选标准
- •1. Patients with post-polio syndrome diagnosed according to European Federation of the Neurological Societies (EFNS) guidelines (Farbu et al.,2006) as diagnostic criteria.
- •2. Age of patients: 25-80 years of any gender.
排除标准
- •1. All other treatable conditions causing muscle fatigue and/or wasting
- •2. Myopathies of any other origin
- •3. Any other motor neuron disorders
- •4. Psychiatric disorders
- •5. Pregnancy and lactation
- •6. History/ family history of seizures
- •7. Cardiac pacemaker or any ferromagnetic metallic implants close to target of stimulation area
- •8. Acute eczema/bed sore under target of stimulation area
- •9. Ventilator dependent and tracheostomy patients
