简要总结
A 6-weeks of training protocol consisting of Plyometric and High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) to be given to the jump athletes. The athletes to be recruited from Gurugram and Delhi NCR region. The consent is to be taken from all the participants. The participants to be allocated into two groups and allocation of the participants to the groups will be blinded. PRE and POST data has to be taken of all the participants.

- •Participants must be a player of any sport involving jump training Athletes who are training at least 3 times/ week.
排除标准
- •Participants with history of cardiovascular, renal, pulmonary disease.
- •Participants with history of musculoskeletal injury or any orthopaedic limitation.
- •Subjects having any type of neurological, cognitive impairments.
