- •Symptomatic cartilage defect of the knee (size 2.5-6 cm), Focal defect grade 3 or 4 according to the International Cartilage Repair Society (ICRS)

- •Systemic disease (Rheumatic disease, Diabetes etc.), Previous surgeries at the cartilage, menisci or ligaments of the knee, History of fractures or osteotomies of the lower extremities
