入选标准
- •1.Pregnancy requiring amniocentesis at gestational aged 15-20 weeks
- •2. Pregnancy who didn't present of fetal anomaly from ultrasound
排除标准
- •1.Multiple pregnancies
- •2.Contraindication for amniocentesis such as threatened abortion
- •3. Change puncture site for amniocentesis after sprayed the xylocaine spay and placed the cool packed due to fetal movement
- •4.More than one attempt of needle insertion
- •5.History for lidocaine allergy
- •6.Infection at abdominal wall
- •7.Psychosis
- •8. Denied for volunteers
