- •1. age between 18-80 years old
- •2. BMI less than 35 kg/m2
- •3. body weight more than 40 kg
- •4. ASA class 1-3
- •5. patients undergoing elective permanent dialysis catheter insertion (elective case)
- •6. Understand pain score and can communicate
排除标准
- •1. coagulopathy
- •2. hemidiaphragm paralysis
- •3. vocal cord paralysis
- •4. on intermittent positive pressure ventilation and hemodynamic instabilities
