•As criteria for inclusion of participants, it is pointed out to be regularly enrolled in a higher course at the IFMG of Governador Valadares; and be between 18 and 35 years old.

•Individuals who indicate a recent diagnosis and / or treatment (last 12 months) of severe psychopathologies (psychosis, risk or attempted suicide, panic disorder and post-traumatic stress disorder) will be excluded.
•Individuals who do not participate in all proposed steps (pre-intervention assessment; intervention; post-intervention assessment; and two-week post-intervention assessment) will be excluded.
•And participants who demonstrate that they are not attentive to the proper completion of the instruments will be excluded, being classified as random respondents through low scores on the Conscious Respondents Scale (MARJANOVIC et al., 2014).
