入选标准
- •Anorexia nervosa diagnosed according to DSM-IV criteria.
- •BMI 17.5 kg/m2 or less
- •Age 18 - 30 years;Healthy controls:
- •18.5 kg/m2 <= BMI <= 22 kg/m2
- •Age 18 - 30 years
- •Using oral contraceptives
- •Not on a weight reducing diet
- •No change in weight of more than 3 kg over the last 2 months
排除标准
- •Connected with anorexia nervosa
- •- Physical condition such that participating in this study is not recommended (as judged by the treating physician of Centrum Eetstoornissen Ursula).;Other
- •- Any genetic or somatic disease (e.g. fragile X syndrome,) affecting the brain
- •- Diabetes mellitus or history of diabetes mellitus in first grade relatives
- •- Any significant chronic disease
- •- Any substance abuse or addiction according to DSM-IV criteria (except smoking).;Contra-indication to MRI scanning:
- •- Claustrophobia
- •- Pacemakers and defibrillators
- •- Nerve stimulators
- •- Intracranial clips
- •- Intraorbital or intraocular metallic fragments
- •- Cochlear implants
- •- Ferromagnetic implants
