入选标准
- •Patients who are 18 years of age or older and who are scheduled for surgery under endotracheal intubation after general anesthesia
排除标准
- •1) American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status classification = 3
- •2) in case of patients with acute respiratory distress syndrome before surgery or patients with history of acute respiratory distress syndrome
- •3) in case of patients with moderate or greater obstructive disease in preoperative pulmonary function test
- •4) in case of patients with history of recent respiratory infection within 1 month before surgery
- •5) in case of patients with total anesthesia duration less than 1 hour
- •6) in case of patients with anticipation of difficult endotracheal intubation
- •7) in case of patients with sore throat and hoarseness before surgery
- •8) surgery performed at the steep Trendelenburg position
- •9) body mass index = 35 kg/m2
- •10) open abdominal surgery
