- •American Society of Anesthesiologists class1, 2
- •undergoing laparoscopic surgery of duration upto 3 hours
排除标准
- •1. Unwilling patients
- •2. Respiratory diseases
- •3. Cardiac diseases with might represent risk factors of potential complications of dexmedetomidine
- •4. Long term use of sedative drugs, benzodiazepines, barbiturates and sedative hypnotics
- •5. Patients transferred to open surgery during operation.
