- •2.Posses a mobile phone with internet facility.

- •1. Physical or mental disability
- •2. Already having flossing habit
- •3. Having long span bridge more than 3 unit
- •4. no orthodontic fixed appliances
- •5. using any medication that affects gingivitis and plaque
- •cyclosporine,
- •calcium channel blockers
- •6. adverse habits like smoking and tobacco chewing
- •7. wide embraseor spacing
- •8. severe crowding
