入选标准
- •1.Gynecologic patients undergoing exploratomy laparotomy with spinal anesthesia such as total abdominal hysterectomy, salpingo-oophorectomy. Patients is not diagnostic cancer.
- •2. Age from 18-65 years
- •3. ASA class I-II
- •4. Elective surgical case
- •5. In gynecologic patients receive spinal block alone.
排除标准
- •1. Patients history of lung disease
- •2. Patients history of any cardiovascular disease,End Stage Renal Disease
- •3. Smoking
- •4.Non pregnancy
- •5.BMI < 30
- •6.History of cardiovascular surgery,abdominal surgery,
- •7. History of abnormal chest wall ,Scoliosis,Kyphosis
- •8. History of Anti-psychotic drug, Regular sedative drug use
