- •1. ASA II or III
- •2. Well controlled type 2 diabetic patients using oral hypoglycaemic agents or insulin.
- •3. Elective open abdominal surgery.
- •4. Duration of surgery 2 to 6 hours.
排除标准
- •1. Diabetic ketoacidosis or diabetic neuropathy.
- •2. Hepatic and/or renal dysfunction.
- •3. Pancreatic cancer or islet cell tumours.
- •4. Patients receiving drugs with known effects on sympathetic response or hormonal secretion such as beta blockers
