- •1 Undergoing Off Pump Coronary Artery Bypass Graft surgery
- •2 Patients willing to participate
- •3 Patients between 30 years and 70 years
- •4 Patients weight more than 40 Kilograms
排除标准
- •Patients having contraindications to use of Trans-oesophageal probe.
- •Patients having heart valve disease of any kind.
- •Patients having moderate to Severe LV dysfunction with reduced EF
- •Patients having arrythmias.
- •Patients with intra aortic balloon pump support
- •Patients having a condition with hyperdynamic circulation
- •Patients that might need cardiopulmonary bypass support during surgery
