- •ASA PS: 1 and 2
- •patients undergoing elective lower limb surgery
排除标准
- •haemodynamically unstable patients,
- •polytrauma,
- •emergency lower limb surgery,
- •contraindication to tourniquet use: sepsis, cellulitis of affected limb, sickle cell anaemia, severe crush injury,h/o DVT and pulmonary embolism,
- •patients not consenting for the study.
