- •Age – >18 years
- •- ASA PS – I & II
- •- Surgeries lasting for 3 hours or less
排除标准
- •1.Anticipated difficult airway
- •2.Risk of aspiration (full stomach, GERD, hiatus hernia, pregnancy),
- •3.BMI > 30 kg/m2
- •4.Surgery requiring lateral or prone position
- •5.Airway obstruction below larynx
- •6.Patients requiring postoperative ventilation
- •7.Laparoscopic surgeries
