2.BMI <25Kg/m2
3.Adequate airway anatomy
Exclusion Criteria
1. Presence of upper airway anatomy
2. Full stomach
3.Hiatus hernia
4.H/O Stomach surgery
5.Head and neck surgery
6.Surgery requiring prone or lateral position
7.When post operative ventilator care is needed
