- •2. Mallampatti 1 & 2
- •3. Patients posted for elective PCNL surgery
排除标准
- •1. Patients refusal
- •2. Emergency surgery
- •3. Anticipated difficult intubation
- •4. Patients with ASA grade III or higher
- •5. Known allergy
- •6. Hypertensive reaction to dexmedetomidine
- •7. Severe decompensated cardiopulmonary and renal status
- •8. Bleeding diathesis
