Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Patients aged 60 years and above
  • •Patients posted for Bipolar Cemented Hemi\-Arthroplasty
  • •2\.Patients fit for central neuraxial block.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Age less than 60 years
  • •2\.Decompensated systemic disease with poor cardiopulmonary reserve.
  • •3\.Patient refusal for central neuraxial block.
  • •4\.Patients with contra\-indications for Spinal anaesthesia
  • •5\.Coagulopathy or other bleeding diathesis.
