- •1.Patients aged 60 years and above
- •Patients posted for Bipolar Cemented Hemi-Arthroplasty
- •2.Patients fit for central neuraxial block.
排除标准
- •1.Age less than 60 years
- •2.Decompensated systemic disease with poor cardiopulmonary reserve.
- •3.Patient refusal for central neuraxial block.
- •4.Patients with contra-indications for Spinal anaesthesia
- •5.Coagulopathy or other bleeding diathesis.
