- •Patients scheduled to undergo elective surgery under general anesthesia at Hwasun Chonnam National University Hospital;
- •- Patients taking Donnefezil due to dementia (Patient group)
- •- Patients with no history of taking Donnepzil (control group)
排除标准
- •-Paitents with history of drug and other hypersensitivity reactions
- •-Patients with significant neuromuscular disease or problems
- •-Patients with significant renal or liver disease
- •-Patients who require rapid sequence induction
- •-Patients taking medication with potential to affect the neuromuscular transmission system;
- •-Other patients deemed inappropriate by the researcher
