入选标准
- •1.Patients scheduled for lumbosacral spine surgery.
- •2.Patients age between 18 years to 65years.
- •3.Patient with ASA grade 1 and 2 with both the sexes.
排除标准
- •1.Patient not willing for consent
- •2.Patients with uncontrolled hypertension, diabetes or asthma.
- •3.Patients with preoperative opioid consumption.
- •4.Patients who underwent a previous lumber spine surgery.
- •5.Patients with contraindication to regional anaesthesia.
- •6.Patients with hypersensitive to ropivacaine and fentanyl.
- •7.Any lumbosacral anomaly
