- •Able to understand Nepali/ Hindi/English Language
- •Caregivers of Frail Elderly
- •Primary caregivers who are spouse, children, family members, relatives
- •Age above 18years
- •Those who are having Moderate to serve burden.
- •Those who are staying with the elderly for 6month

- •Elderly with Mild Frailty syndrome
- •Clients who are diagnosed with severe mental illness
- •Those who is not willing to participate
- •Caregivers of Frail Elderly

- •Who are diagnosed with severe mental illness
- •Those who are not willing to participate
