Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Age 20\-65 years of both sexes with non\-small cell lung cancer awaiting surgery2\.Patients who have agreed to participate in the study after a teleconsultation.
- •3\.ASA I \& II patients registered at DRBRAIRCH AIIMS, New Delhi
Exclusion Criteria
- •. Patients who have underlying uncontrolled cardiac co morbidity at baseline will be excluded
