- •PPROM between GA 24 to 33 weeks 6 days

- •uncertain gestational age
- •multifetal pregnancies
- •previous cervical surgery
- •abnormal fetal chromosome or fetal malformation
- •the presence of therapy with progesterone
- •the presence of antibiotics therapy for prolonging latency period
- •history of allergy to Penicillin, Erythromycin or Clindamycin
- •the presence of evidence of intraamniotic infection or fetal distress
- •active labor
