- •Inclusion criteria for Group 1 (healthy individuals)
- •a) Patients age 18-40 years of age
- •b) Patients with no relevant medical history or absence of any systemic conditions
- •c) Non-smokers
- •d) OHI index of 0 and Russel’s Periodontal index (not >0.9)
- •Inclusion Criteria for Group 2 (Experimental Group)
- •a) Patients with carious teeth diagnosed as Symptomatic irreversible pulpitis and Heft Parker Scale reading more than 54.
- •b) Patients with no relevant medical history or absence of any systemic conditions
- •c) OHI index of 0 and Russel’s Periodontal index (not >0.9)
排除标准
- •a) Patients with systemic condition or medical illness
- •b) Patients with periodontitis (Russel’s periodontal Index score > 0.9)
