入选标准
- •Patients undergoing elective laparoscopic cholecystectomy under general anesthesia
- •Patients with American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status (ASA PS) 1-3
排除标准
- •1) severe bradycardia (heart rates < 45 bpm), sick sinus syndrome, 2nd or 3rd degree atrioventricular block
- •2) severe heparorenal dysfunction
- •3) ASA PS 4 or above
- •4) coagulation abnormality
- •5) allergic history to local anesthetics
