入排标准
入选标准
- •1. Adult patients of either sex, aged 18 to 65 years.
- •2. Patients belonging to the American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Grade 1 and 2.
- •3. Patients scheduled for transcranial craniotomy for meningioma excision.
排除标准
- •1.Any patient/guardian refusing to provide consent to participate in the study
- •2.Loss to follow up of the patients for 3 months.
- •3.Patients with a history of blood transfusion within the last three months.
- •4.Patients with pre-existing significant systemic diseases like hepatic or renal diseases, leukemias, etc.
- •5.Patients with significant coagulopathies or hematological abnormality, those on anticoagulants, or with deranged International Normalised Ratio (INR).
- •6.Patients with recurrent tumors posted for re-do surgery.
- •7.Patients with a history of embolization
- •8.Patients posted for endoscopic excision of the tumor
- •9.ASA grade 3 and 4 patients
