入选标准
- •) Patients ASA (American society of anesthesia) 1-3 physical status
- •2)Age 18-80 year of either sex
- •3)Patients undergoing major abdominal surgery
排除标准
- •) Patients refusal
- •2) Infection at site of epidural needle insertion
- •3) Coagulopathy or bleeding disorder
- •4) Increased intracranial pressure
- •5) Allergy to local anesthetics
- •6) Pregnancy
- •7) Severe hypotension, hypovolemia
- •8) History of known allergy to drugs used in the study
- •9) Any other relative contraindication of epidural anesthesia
- •10) Blockage or intrathecal migration of epidural catheter during intraoperative or postoperative period.
