入排标准

入选标准

  • ) Patients ASA (American society of anesthesia) 1-3 physical status
  • 2)Age 18-80 year of either sex
  • 3)Patients undergoing major abdominal surgery

排除标准

  • ) Patients refusal
  • 2) Infection at site of epidural needle insertion
  • 3) Coagulopathy or bleeding disorder
  • 4) Increased intracranial pressure
  • 5) Allergy to local anesthetics
  • 6) Pregnancy
  • 7) Severe hypotension, hypovolemia
  • 8) History of known allergy to drugs used in the study
  • 9) Any other relative contraindication of epidural anesthesia
  • 10) Blockage or intrathecal migration of epidural catheter during intraoperative or postoperative period.
