入选标准
- •1) ASA Physical status grade I and II patients
- •2) Age greater than 18 years
排除标准
- •1) Patients refusal
- •2) ASA III or above
- •3) History of neuromuscular disorders
- •4) BMI 35kg/m2 or more
- •5) Previous Thoracic Surgery
- •6) Any Other co-morbid condition leading to diaphragmatic dysfunction
- •7) Patients with skin infections at needle puncture site.
- •8) Any bleeding diathesis
