- •ASA Grade 1 And 2
- •Patient undergoing Surgery under General Anaesthesia following Endotracheal intubation
排除标准
- •Patient with preoperative sore throat,upper respiratory tract infection,COPD ,bronchial asthma.
- •Patient undergoing oral surgeries,head & neck sugeries
- •Allergy to any one or both studyong drugs
- •current use of corticosteroids or NSAIDS
- •immunocompromised patient /long term use of immunosuppressants
- •patient with risk factor for post operative aspiration.ex.obese and diabetec patients
- •>1 attempt of intubation
- •Mallampatti grade >2
- •patient with preoperative cough,preoperative hoarseness of voice
