- •Informed consent, >18years old, preoperative mobility > 200m, diagnosed periprosthetic joint infection / primary osteoarthritis
排除标准
- •Neurological or neuromuscular disorders causing muscular deficit or gait insecurity, rupture/partial rupture of the extensors of the knee, pronounced femoral and tibial bone defects requiring proximal tibial replacement or distal femoral replacement, HIV or hepatits C
