- •1. Patients giving consent
- •2. Females ages 30-65 undergoing breast surgery
- •3. ASA physical status I and II
排除标准
- •1. patients who do not give consent
- •2. patients on anticoagulant therapy
- •3. ASA status > II
- •4. patients having chest wall deformity or local site infection
- •5. allergic to local anaesthetics
- •6. serious neurological amd psychaitric disorders
- •7. patients already on gabapentin or other anticonvulsant
- •8. hepatic or renal dysfunction
