- •INCLUSION CRITERIA:
- •â??For cases :
- •1.Primigravida
- •2.Singleton pregnancy
- •3.Gestational age >30 weeks
- •4.New onset of hypertension having systolic BP >=140 mmHg and diastolic BP >=90 mmHg
- •5.Proteinuria >300mg/dl
- •For control :
- •1.Primigravida
- •2.Age and gestational age matched subjects
- •3.Clinically normal and healthy pregnant subjects
排除标准
- •Patients with chronic hypertension, coronary heart disease, kidney disorder, diabetes, thyroid disease or immunotherapy.
