入选标准
- •1. Adult patients (Age >18 years and <80 years) with ASA I
- •to II functional status undergoing laparoscopic nephrectomy
- •under general anaesthesia under the Department of Urology
- •in AIIMS, Bhubaneswar
- •2. Patients who can understand and provide a valid consent
- •for the procedure and also can understand and are willing to
- •report the pain using NRS score
排除标准
- •1. Patients who are currently suffering from chronic pain
- •syndromes and are already under treatment with daily
- •2. Patients with local anaesthetic allergy
- •3. Patients in whom neuraxial/ regional blocks are
- •contraindicated due to coagulopathies
- •4. Patients in whom the sono-anatomy of the anaesthetic
- •injection site is not clearly delineable due to any reason.
