入选标准
- •1.Patients posted for elective laparoscopic cholecystectomy surgeries under general endotracheal anesthesia.
- •2.American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I and II.
- •3.Age: 18 – 60 Years.
排除标准
- •1.patient refusal
- •2.patient with BMI more than 30 kg/m2
- •3.Patients with uncontrolled diabetes, cardiopulmonary, renal, metabolic disorders and allergic to study drugs
- •4. Pregnancy
- •5. Patients with preoperative HR less than 45/min
- •6. Patients on antihypertensive medication with any alpha2 adrenergic agonists e.g. clonidine
