- •1.Age more than 18 years
- •2.Women with preeclampsia undergoing either elective or emergency caesarean section under spinal anaesthesia
排除标准
- •1.Preeclamptic women on restrictive fluid strategies such as those with pulmonary edema or cardiac failure (NYHA III and IV)
- •2.Pre-existing kidney disease
- •3.AKI as per KDIGO guidelines
- •4.HELLP syndrome
