入排标准
入选标准
- •1. Fracture proximal femur surgery under subarachnoid block and likely to have pain while positioning.
- •2. patient able to understand VAS(visual analogue scale) regarding assessment of pain.
- •3. patient conformed to American society of anaesthesiologist (ASA) physical status 1 to 3 in preoperative assessment
- •4. Patient able to give written and informed consent.
排除标准
- •1. patients with contraindication to subarachnoid block.
- •2. Patients with significant history of drug or alcohol abuse.
- •3. Patients with multiple fractures.
- •4. patients refusal and unable to understand VAS score.
- •5. use of analgesics 8hr before performance of subarachnoid block
- •6. Morbid obesity
- •7. patients with other comorbid conditions like Diabetes Mellitus ,Hypertension ,IHD,bronchial asthama ,COPD,neuromuscular and musculoskeletal disease.
