- •Age between 18 and 75
- •Group 1: healthy, no known cardiac disease, no diabetes
- •Group 2: stable coronary artery disease, no diabetes
- •Group 3: stable coronary artery disease and type 2 diabetes
- •Group 4: patients with acute coronary syndrome
排除标准
- •All participants
- •1. pregnancy
- •2. renal failure (creatinin >265umol)
- •3. liver failure
- •4. hematologic diseases
- •5. malignancy within the last 5 years (no evidence of relapse at the time of inclusion)
- •6. acute or chronic inflammatory disease
- •7. patient is unable to give informed consent
- •8. organ transplantation in history
- •9. acute shock
- •10. diabetes mellitus type 1
- •11. metabolic diseases such as heriditary lipometabolic disorders
- •12. in all groups except the type 2 diabetes group: type 2 diabetes
