入选标准
- •Patients with Somatoform disorder ( meeting ICDS-10 criteria)
- •Understands English/ Hindi/ Bengali
- •Willing to participate
- •Age more than 18 years of age and less than 60
- •Having access to a smartphone
排除标准
- •Patient requiring hospitalization
- •Having cognitive impairment or any co-morbid psychiatric illness
- •Any physical illness restricting the yoga practices
- •Patient with an uncontrolled systemic illness like diabetes, hypertension, arthritis etc.
