- •Adult patients of American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status I or II either sex aged between 18 and 65 years undergoing emergency laparotomy will be recruited in this study.
排除标准
- •1.Patients or relativeâ??s refusal to consent for study
- •2.History of previous exploratory laparotomy in the current hospitalization period
- •3.History of ICU stay in last 6months
- •4.Pre-existing significant cardiac, renal and hepatic diseases
- •5.Intraoperative massive blood loss or massive transfusion
