- •1.Patients of ASA grade I and II
- •2.Patients undergoing elective surgery requiring endotracheal intubation (Duration less than 3 hours)
排除标准
- •1.Patients not willing to participate in the study
- •2.Surgeries of oral cavity and pharynx
- •3.Anticipated difficult airway
- •4.More than 2 attempts at intubation
- •5.Use of nasogastric or orogastric tube perioperatively
- •6.Patients with upper respiratory tract infection
- •7.Patients on steroids
