- •1.Patients of ASA grade I and II
- •2.Patients undergoing elective laparoscopic surgeries
排除标准
- •1.Lack of consent
- •2.Surgical scar or distorted anatomy at the site of injection
- •3.Known allergy to local anaesthetics
- •4.Children with known cardiovascular,respiratory,hepatic or renal disease
- •5.Patients on anticoagulant therapy and history of coagulation disorders
- •6.Local infection at the proposed site of puncture for TAP block
