- •severe aortic stenosis patients (aortic valve area < 1.0 cm2) who undergo elective aortic valve replacement
- •-left ventricular ejection fraction =50% on preoperative transthoracic echocardiography
- •-mean transaortic pressure gradient = 40 mmHg on preoperative transthoracic echocardiography
排除标准
- •-patietns who show preoeprative atrial fibrillation or atrial flutter
- •-patients with inotropic drug or mechanical assist device to stabilize the hemodynamics
- •-patients with moderate or severe aortic regurgitation combined with aortic stenosis
- •-patients with moderate or severe disease in other valve
- •-patietns who undergo emergency surgery
