- •ASA grades I,ASA II excluding heart failure and coronary heart disease
排除标准
- •1. Cases in which dense adhesions are present at cystohepatic triangle (no space to infiltrate between the gall bladder and liver bed ) intrahepatic gall bladders
- •2. Allergy to bupivacaine
- •3. known cardiac comorbidity (heart failure and CAD)
- •4. ASA III and above
