入选标准
- •History of post-amputation limb pain of at least four months
- •Failure of conservative therapy (eg, physiotherapy, medication trial)
- •Pain score more than or equal to 5
排除标准
- •Patient refusal to participate,
- •Any contraindication to dorsal root ganglion
- •A history of predominant back pain over leg pain, significant anatomic deformity (either congenital or acquired) making it difficult to access the foramen as evidenced by computed tomography/magnetic resonance imaging,
- •Severe psychiatric illness,
- •Allergy to local anesthetics or contrast medium
- •Uncontrolled Diabetics, cardiovascular, hepatic and renal disorder.
- •Patients with cardiac pacemakers and implantable cardioverter defibrillator.
- •Red flag signs including infection, tumor, fracture and neurological deficit
