- •Elective oncology breast surgeries under general anasthesia; segmentectomy with or withou axilectomy, masctectomy with or without axilectomy and breast reconstruction, american society of anethesia physical status 1, 2 and 3; body mass index lower than 30, Age over than 18 anos; hability to comprehend and answer the numeric visual scale
排除标准
- •Patient refusal, history of local analgesics hipersensibility; anatomical deformities interfering the performance of erector spine block, difficult airway, inability to understand the pain score questionnarie, coagulopathies and local infection.
