入选标准
- •An adult with shoulder arthroscopy
- •(19 - 75 years old)
- •American Society of Anesthesiologists class I-III
排除标准
- •Pediatrics (age under 18 years old)
- •American Society of Anesthesiologists class IV or higher
- •BMI greater than 30
- •Patients with heart disease (myocardial infarction, heart failure, arrhythmia)
- •Patients with a history of cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage
- •Patients taking long-term opioid preparations
- •pregnant woman
- •Patients who are allergic to local anesthetics
- •Patients taking anticoagulants and medications inappropriate for site anesthesia
- •Patients with skin infections to be treated with square braces
- •Chronic pain disorder
- •Patients with severe lung disease
- •Peripheral neuropathy of the arm undergoing neurological deficit or square brachial blockade
