- •1.Patient willing to give written informed consent
- •2.age 18 years to 45years of both sex.
- •3.ASA grade 1 and 2
- •4.Weight 40-80kg
- •5.Planned for elective laparoscopic cholecystectomy under general anaesthesia
排除标准
- •1.History of allergy to clonidine
- •2.Anticipated difficult intubation
- •3.History of consumption of antihypertensive drugs, sedative, hypnotics and antidepressants preoperatively.
- •4.History of cardiovascular disease,significant respiratory,renal and hepatic disorder.
- •5.History of drugs or alcohol abuse.
- •Pregnant women.
