入排标准
入选标准
- •estimated GFR between 15-45 ml/min/1.73 m2
排除标准
- •Patients with Diabetes mellitus
- •Active smokers
- •Patients with Hb <10 gm%
- •Patients not on ACE inhibitors or ARB therapy
- •Uncontrolled hypertension (BP >150/90 mmHg)
- •Patients already on Vitamin D or calcium supplementation
- •Patients with time-averaged serum calcium >8.5 mg/dl or calcium x phosphate product > 55
- •Patients with known malignancies
- •Patients with autoimmune conditions
- •Patients with heart failure (ejection fraction <40, Plasma NT pro-BNP >500pg/ml)
- •Rapidly deteriorating renal function
- •Recent Acute coronary syndrome (within the last 3 months)
