入选标准
- •Adults aged greater than or equal to 40 years
- •Completed primary cancer therapy that is potentially cardiotoxic (chemotherapy, chest radiotherapy, or targeted therapy [e.g. trastuzumab])
- •Eligible for Medicare
- •Able to provide written informed consent
排除标准
- •Prior diagnosis of symptomatic heart failure
- •Moderate or severe valvular heart disease
- •Active cancer requiring ongoing treatment
- •Life expectancy less than 12 months due to concomitant disease
- •Inability to undergo ECG or echocardiographic assessment
- •Participation in another clinical research trial
