入选标准
- •1.Patients of COPD, diagnosed clinically and spirometrically.
- •2.Having complaints of breathlessness, tightness in chest, cough with or without sputum.
- •3.Cases of Grade I to III COPD as per GOLD guidelines.
排除标准
- •1.Complicated cases of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with respiratory failure .
- •2.Patient with bronchial asthma.
- •3.Pregnant and lactating mothers.
- •4.Patients with clinically relevant, abnormal laboratory values suggesting an unknown disease requiring further investigation.
- •5.Psychotic patients
- •6.HIV/HBsAg/AntiHCV positive and immune compromised patients.
